🚀 What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay current on market trends and emerging FinTech technologies
- Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (FinTech retirement product experience)
- Experience in the recordkeeping space or with platforms like FIS Relius, Ascensus, SS&C, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts
Bonus: Master’s degree or certifications like CBAP or CFA
