Role Description This is a part-time, entry to junior-level Business Analyst role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a hybrid work model that combines on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will support the analysis of business processes, citizenship-by-investment products, and client journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting business planning activities, and preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with client-facing teams to understand client needs, analyzing market and operational data, and assisting in the development of recommendations to enhance service delivery. The Business Analyst will also contribute to process documentation, basic workflow mapping, and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Understanding of business fundamentals and business planning, including basic knowledge of operations, performance metrics, and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly in writing and in person to diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively with client-facing teams and maintain a professional, client-centered mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.
- Interest in global mobility, international services, or citizenship-by-investment is a plus.
