At DSK Bank, part of OTP Group, we are strengthening our data and analytics capabilities within Retail Credit Risk. We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join our Credit Portfolio Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern data platforms and advanced reporting solutions, contributing directly to risk management, regulatory reporting, and business decision-making.
Your Role
As a BI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support credit portfolio monitoring, regulatory requirements, and Group reporting.
You will work closely with data engineers, risk analysts, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Develop BI & Reporting Solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets
- Build and optimize semantic models and data cubes for reporting and analytics
- Ensure usability, performance, and scalability of BI solutions
Work with Data & Models
- Transform and prepare data from Oracle DWH and Microsoft Fabric environments
- Collaborating with data engineers on data pipelines and model structures
- Ensure consistency and alignment between data sources and business logic
Support Risk & Business Needs
Deliver reporting and analytics for:
- Credit portfolio monitoring
- Management and Group reporting
- Regulatory and ad-hoc requests
Support development of analytical insights based on portfolio data.
Monitor Data Quality & Governance
Monitor definition and implementation of:
- Data definitions and business logic
- Data quality checks and indicators (DQIs)
- Raise and support resolution of data inconsistencies and quality issues.
Work Closely With
- Data Engineers within the team (data pipelines and models)
- Credit portfolio analysts (reporting and analysis needs)
- Risk modeling experts (model monitoring reports)
- Loan origination stakeholders (business logic and source data)
- IT data governance teams (data definitions and standards)
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, IT, or similar
- Experience in BI development, data analytics, or reporting roles
- Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI:
- Data modeling (star schema, measures, DAX)
- Report and dashboard development
Additional requirements:
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Databricks is a strong advantage

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into clear and meaningful insights
