This contributes to achieving defined KPIs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the bank’s operational excellence.
Required Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transaction processing and to minimize errors.
- High level of accuracy and strong observational skills when handling cash and verifying documents.
- Methodical approach to work, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational controls.
- Sound understanding of banking operations, processes, and teller systems.
- Ability to detect discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud in transactions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including KYC, AML, and compliance standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and operational challenges effectively.
- Positive attitude and resilience in a high-paced customer-facing environment.
Academic Qualifications (Minimum Requirement):
- University Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
- Fresh graduate or preferable minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the banking sector within operations and/or customer service functions.
