About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Advisor to provide high-level counsel to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will support corporate strategy, organizational growth, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business leader with strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership team on business strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Support the development, review, and execution of corporate strategic plans.
- Provide independent analysis and recommendations on key business decisions, market opportunities, partnerships, investments, and operational improvements.
- Identify business risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across the organization.
- Assist in preparing executive briefings, board materials, strategic reports, and decision-making frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align business objectives, resources, and execution plans.
- Support change management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Represent the CEO or executive office in selected internal and external discussions when required.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on executive, financial, strategic, and organizational matters.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in executive leadership, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment, operations, or advisory roles.
- Proven experience advising CEOs, founders, boards, or senior executive teams.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, organizational design, and market expansion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong executive communication skills, including written reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
- Ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in [industry/sector].
- Prior experience as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, Strategy Director, Partner, Principal, or Executive Consultant.
- Experience supporting fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, or corporate restructuring.
