We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Analyst – Finance to support reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance activities within a global financial services environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in back-office finance operations, reconciliations, reporting preparation, fund administration, or BPO financial operations who enjoy structured, analytical work and collaborating with global teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports
- Refresh and validate data from approved systems and reporting sources
- Support reporting deliverables within defined timelines and procedures
Reconciliations & Data Validation
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems, reports, and administrator files
- Investigate and document discrepancies, exceptions, and unmatched items
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of operational and financial data
Operational Support
- Support daily and monthly operational workflows and reporting activities
- Run scheduled operational tasks, report refreshes, and monitoring activities
- Maintain SOPs, reporting checklists, and operational documentation
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for reporting and operational requirements
- Provide updates on assigned deliverables and escalate issues when required
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in back-office finance operations, fund administration, reconciliations, or reporting support
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, reconciliations, large datasets)
- Good understanding of financial operations and reporting workflows
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
⭐ Nice to Have
- Exposure to fund accounting, investment operations, or financial reporting
- Familiarity with Advent Geneva or similar financial systems
- Exposure to reporting/data tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Databricks
- Basic SQL or VBA knowledge is an advantage
