Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, including capital account statements and performance summaries.
- Compile data across investment vehicles for internal and external financial reporting.
- Reconcile capital activity, allocations, and fund-level results in collaboration with accounting and fund administration teams.
- Assist with investor inquiries and ad-hoc data requests.
- Participate in system and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information distributed to investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in fund accounting, investor reporting, or financial reporting within investment management, private equity, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of fund structures and capital activity (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and allocations).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with fund accounting or reporting systems preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
