Pleased to partner with a leading Transaction Services team in Dublin who are looking to hire a Corporate Finance professional for an Associate Director role.
Role:
- Review and analyse financial and operational information of target companies preparing for a transaction.
- Lead and coordinate projects, collaborating with Irish and international colleagues.
- Plan, prepare and review client deliverables including excel databooks, reports, presentations and discussion packs.
- Lead presentations and interactions with clients and key stakeholders throughout engagements.
- Liaise with legal and other professional advisers to support the successful completion of transactions.
- Assist with all business development efforts.
- Supervise, mentor and support junior team members within the department.
Person:
- 5+ years’ experience of Transaction Services and/or Corporate Finance advisory
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability.
- Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders throughout a transaction.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and find solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, data analytics tools and PowerPoint.
