What you’ll be doing:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist the annual business planning process and quarterly/monthly forecasting cycles in partnership with various business units.
  • Performance Analysis – Conduct detailed variance analysis in actuals against budget/forecast, to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Financial Modelling – Assist to develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, such as new business outlets/lines launch and capital expenditure (CapEx) reviews.
  • Business Partnering – Assist to provide financial insights to non-finance stakeholders (e.g. Commercials, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) by translating actual/forecast data into inputs for decision-making.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist to prepare monthly reporting, including dashboards that help Country PIC and Head of Functions to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by automating reporting processes and enhancing data integrity through the use of BI tools and ERP systems.

About you:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualifications like a CPA, CA, ACCA or CIMA an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A role.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication
