We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive business goals, establish performance metrics, and manage cost processes within a designated market area. This role is crucial for achieving operational excellence and fostering growth within the market.
Essential Functions:
Lead operations and business performance within the assigned area.
Develop and mentor District Managers and department leaders in sales, accounting, and customer experience.
Conduct weekly meetings to ensure effective communication and deliverable cascades.
Drive market building and development, including sales growth and competitor analysis.
Manage Area P&L and ensure alignment with organizational safety practices.
Oversee leadership needs, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating performance.
Formulate short-term and long-term goals for the area and its leaders.
Participate in P&L reviews and support programs for optimal resource utilization.
Interact with local agencies to enhance customer satisfaction and negotiate contracts.
Represent and preserve the reputation of our brand in all interactions.
Support integration for acquisitions and contract startups within the area.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Eight years of management experience in the waste industry
P&L management experience
Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
