We’re growing quickly at DedCool and continuing to build the team to support our next phase of growth.
As we continue scaling the business, we’re hiring a full-time CFO / COO leader to help guide the company through this next chapter.
I’m excited to share that we recently welcomed a new Chief Marketing Officer and now we’re looking for our next key leadership hire: a CFO/COO to help scale the business alongside us.
This is an opportunity to join a brand redefining what fragrance can be: clean, genderless, and integrated into everyday life. We’re looking for someone who brings both financial rigor and operational depth, someone excited by growth, problem-solving, and helping build an enduring consumer brand.
If you or someone you know has experience scaling a consumer business and wants to be part of something special, I’d love to connect. LA or NYC preferred.
We’re looking for someone with a strong finance foundation who can also operate as a true strategic partner across the organization. Open to an experienced CFO, a high-performing VP of Finance ready for the next step, or someone from private equity or consulting who has transitioned into an operating role within a high-growth consumer business.
What we’re looking for:
• Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Strong analytical rigor, including performance marketing and growth modeling
• Deep understanding of P&L management and key business drivers
• Ability to evaluate investments, identify efficiencies, and pressure-test business decisions
• Thoughtful partner to CEO, CMO, and cross-functional leadership
• Operational mindset focused on scalability, systems, and execution
• Strong DTC financial expertise, including KPI tracking and profitable growth optimization
• Beauty / CPG experience strongly preferred
• Experience helping scale a high-growth consumer business, ideally through acquisition, exit, or significant expansion
