About Us:
At Adamy Valuation, our purpose is to help leaders overcome obstacles and achieve their vision of building a great business. Our expertise supports key initiatives such as succession planning, ESOPs, mergers, acquisitions, shareholder transitions, equity incentive plans, shareholder litigation, divorce, and other situations where ownership value plays a critical role in decision-making for private companies. We work at a high level because our clients expect it and because we expect it from ourselves. We hold a high bar for technical excellence, sound judgment, and follow-through. Our culture is built on our core values: Unbiased Integrity, Growth Mindset, Commitment to Quality, Intrepid Confidence, and Accountability to the Team. These values shape how we operate, how we show up for our clients, and how we push each other to grow.
We offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment where analysts are expected to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and take ownership of their work. This is a place for people who are motivated by challenge, thrive under pressure, and take pride in delivering excellent work.
What You’ll Do:
A Business Valuation Analyst supports the execution of valuation, litigation, and advisory projects under the guidance of senior team members. From day one, you’ll be expected to own your work, apply sound judgment, and operate with a high level of precision. Analysts contribute to client engagements through industry research, data analysis, valuation modeling, writing, and report preparation, while also supporting client meetings. With a focus on achieving billable hour goals, the Analyst builds foundational technical expertise and demonstrates continuous improvement in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Financial Models: Create detailed, clear, and accurate financial models to support valuation engagements.
Draft and Finalize Valuation Reports: Prepare quality and comprehensive valuation reports that clearly describe methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions.
Support and Actively Participate in Client Meetings: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for and execute productive client meetings.
Manage Project Progress: Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Manage Billable and Non-billable Goals: Meet billable hour goals to support client work and non-billable hours to support professional development and internal initiatives.
This is not a passive learning role—it’s a hands-on, high-expectation position that offers accelerated development for those willing to embrace the challenge. You will start out with a limited set of the responsibilities outlined above. Analysts who have a growth mindset with an appetite to learn will take on increasing amounts of responsibility as capability is demonstrated. If you’re motivated by meaningful work and driven to grow through purposeful learning, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
