Job Summary:

The Administrative Support & Coordination Consultant will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves document management, meeting coordination, report preparation, and supporting departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to department management.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Track action items and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing administrative studies and recommendations.
  • Support procurement and contract documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
