Administrative Assistant

Role Description:

We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and manage daily administrative office coordination.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are eager to learn, quick to adapt, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong administrative and communication skills.

The role includes administrative support, customer calls, complaint coordination, online channel follow-up, and internal task tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

– Manage daily office coordination, follow-ups, documents, and basic administrative tasks.

– Prepare and coordinate emails, letters, summaries, and simple reports in Arabic and English.

– Answer customer calls received through the administrative office and document inquiries or complaints and follow up until properly addressed.

– Monitor Google Maps reviews, social media messages, and online customer inquiries.

– Follow up on SAMA Cares cases and prepare draft summaries or responses for management review.

– Coordinate non-routine tasks assigned by management through Notion or similar tools.

– Follow up with employees and departments on pending tasks, updates, and required documents.

Qualifications:

– Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

– Good computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.

– Ability to use Notion or similar task management tools, or willingness to learn.

– Strong organization, follow-up, and documentation skills.

– Ability to write clear and professional emails.

– Professional phone communication and customer handling skills.

– High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

– Fresh graduate or 0–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar role.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related Field.
