Harvey’s Group is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer / Clerk to join our Accounts Department at our Park Ridge Depot.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a friendly accounts team of three, managing accounts receivable functions that are vital to our financial health. You’ll also gain valuable experience working with industry systems including Tow Manager and NetSuite (full training provided).

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing
  • High-volume invoicing and payment allocations
  • Account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Debt management and customer follow-ups
  • Preparing reports and analysing data using Excel
  • Working with Tow Manager and NetSuite (training provided)
  • Supporting the wider accounts team as needed

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers
  • Reliable, organised, and takes pride in accurate work
  • Proactive and able to manage their workload effectively
  • Comfortable working in a busy, team-focused environment
  • Confident using Excel and learning new systems
  • Positive, motivated, and eager to contribute

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounts role
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data handling)
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work onsite at Park Ridge

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
