Barden are delighted to be partnering with a successful Irish company in Kildare who are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing finance function, with responsibility for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate and timely cash collection.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process;
- Processing customer invoices, credit notes and account reconciliations;
- Monitoring outstanding balances and carrying out regular debt collection activities;
- Allocating payments and resolving customer queries;
- Preparing regular aged debt reports and providing updates to key stakeholders;
- Supporting month-end activities, including reconciliations and reporting;
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control role;
- Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations and cash collection processes;
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills;
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills;
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
