Inviting applications for the role of a Manager- Accounts Payable

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to record to report which include but are not extensive: Lead a large Accounts Payable team Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team. Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders Participate and own projects and drive outcomes

  • 'Transactional Support Services
  • Accurate and timely services delivery in P2P:
  • PO creation and modification, open PO follow up
  • Issue resolution (parked/blocked invoices)
  • Procurement reporting for market
  • Other tasks aimed to support market procurement teams
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices. transactions
  • Buyer Support Services
  • Act as the first point of contact for buyer queries related to vendor compliance, systems, and processes
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to buyer issues via email, ticketing systems, or calls
  • Educate buyers on standard procedures, tools, and best practices
  • Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Procurement reporting for market
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain transactional records and update systems with accurate status and documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transaction volumes, turnaround time, and issue trends
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Process & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
  • Support process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base maintenance
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

Education :

  1. Bachelors in Accounting, Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Finance
  2. Professional Experience and Years of Experience :
  3. Accounts Payable with 3-5 YEARS, AML / KYC with 3-5 YEARS,
  4. Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) with 3-5 YEARS, Banking Core Operations with 3-5 YEARS, Banking Financial and Capital Market – Data to Insight with 3-5 YEARS,
  5. Business Process Management (BPM) with 3-5 YEARS, Consulting with 3-5 YEARS,
  6. Critical Thinking with 3-5 YEARS,
  7. Customer Care with 3-5 YEARS,
  8. Data Analytics with 3-5 YEARS,
  9. Data Literacy with 3-5 YEARS, Data Visualization with Insight Generation with 3-5 YEARS, Ethics and Compliance with 3-5 YEARS, Finance with 3-5 YEARS,
