Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and ensure appropriate documentation

• Manage purchase orders and complete accounts payable cycles

• Print and assemble cheque packages for signatures

• Perform credit card and bank postings

• Support ad-hoc finance projects as directed by the Controller

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, business, or a related field

• At least five years of relevant accounts payable experience

• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office

• Robust reconciliation and organizational skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
