We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in ensuring the smooth execution of finance-related processes.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business operations while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, schedules, and summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups when required.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
- Assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance-related activities.
- Perform administrative and ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned.
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Internship or prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administrative support is a plus.
