We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in ensuring the smooth execution of finance-related processes.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business operations while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, schedules, and summaries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
  • Assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance-related activities.
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Internship or prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administrative support is a plus.
