What You'll Own
· Become the Founder’s strategic thought partner.
· Drive the company's highest-priority initiatives.
· Establish systems, processes, and operating rhythms that improve organizational effectiveness.
· Improve decision making through data, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
· Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
· Support fundraising, Board meetings, and investor communications.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights work.
· Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that increase speed and efficiency across every function of the company.
· Evaluate, implement, and manage best-in-class AI platforms, agents, and automation tools across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, recruiting, and customer service.
· Help recruit world-class talent.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startups, professional sports, or with an elite sports/talent agency
· Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to solve business problems, improve productivity, and accelerate execution
· Deep familiarity with leading AI platforms
· Experience designing AI workflows, prompt libraries, automations, or AI agents is strongly preferred
· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Strong financial modeling (preferred, not required) and presentation skills
