The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate transaction processing, supporting local statutory requirements, and providing reliable financial data to headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Record and manage company expenses in ERP system.
- Review supplier invoices and arrange accurate, timely payments.
- Issue invoices to customers and maintain billing records.
- Prepare regular reports (TT system, expense analysis, financial statements) and submit to HQ.
- Handle VAT reporting and refunds; ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support statutory reporting and liaise with government authorities or auditors.
- Maintain HR documents, track attendance, and calculate payroll.
- Assist in factory setup and other ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting or tax-related position.
- Hands-on skills in accounting, VAT, payroll, and banking transactions.
- Proficiency in English (required); Chinese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing tasks.
