Randstad is looking for a Back Office Analyst on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

Responsibilities
As a Back Office Analyst , you will report to the Head of Back Office and be responsible for the below activities pertinent to the Energy Management:
- Contract management for power, gas, environmental certificates, i.e. internal & external (pre-)contractual communications with operators, stakeholders and counterparties, due diligence process, etc.
- ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management system) operations relative to master agreements, counterparties, and other back office items.
- Compliance (REMIT, EMIR, etc.).
- Control owner of SOX and other internal controls, ensuring effectiveness and compliance for the whole Energy Management function.
- Administrative and support services for the Energy Management function as a whole.
- Support Settlement Unit into the settlement activity.
- Cash-flow projections.
- Communicate with the accounting department to this end.
- Continuous reporting to the Head of Back Office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Back Office Analyst position is a professional with:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or a related field
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Energy Markets, Finance, Economics or a related field will be highly appreciated
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy
- Good programming and data management skills will be appreciated.
- Experience on power and gas markets will be strongly appreciated.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position

- Commercially astute. Understanding of both wholesale and retail energy market
- Strong organization skills. Attention to detail and processes
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
