We’re partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while leading process improvements and system enhancements.
This is not a traditional accounting role—we’re looking for someone who enjoys improving workflows, leveraging technology, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Lead and develop a team, including remote support staff
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Manage multiple priorities across a large portfolio
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong systems/ERP experience and process-driven mindset
- Experience improving workflows or implementing new tools, including AI
- Real estate or property accounting exposure is a plus
Compensation: $130K–$150K + bonus
