About The Role

Step into an exciting opportunity at a fun and fast-growing company as our Accounting Manager!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting. You'll manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, prepare and review GAAP-compliant reconciliations and workpapers, and ensure the accuracy of daily accounting functions. You'll also provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions while leading and developing a team and upholding strong internal controls.

What You'll Do

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reviewing account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for leadership review
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems
  • Analyze budget-to-actual performance and deliver insights to support operational decision-making
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, setting clear expectations
  • Assist with audit processes by preparing documentation, schedules, and ensuring compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and close processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems (Business Central and i360 a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience developing team members
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and close processes
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
