Position: Senior Accountant for Credit Union Finance
Leverage your accounting expertise as a Senior Accountant with the Credit Union, contributing to financial report preparation for approximately 22 months. Showcase your communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic finance team.
This temporary Senior Accountant role reports directly to the Controller. You will handle the monthly accounting cycle and assist with reconciliations and various projects.
Your role will also support accounts payable staff, driving collaboration and efficiency in reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare internal and external financial reports
• Perform monthly accounting cycle functions
• Assist with reconciliations of accounts
• Support accounts payable staff with guidance
• Engage in various assigned accounting projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software systems
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and word processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
