often found in a start-up environment.
While TSL is an established international business with over £1.2bn in annual turnover and operations across Europe, North America and Australia, the Nordic organisation is still being built. As Accounting Manager, you will have a rare opportunity to help shape the future of the finance function from the ground up while benefiting from the backing, scale and stability of a successful international group. This is far more than a traditional Accounting Manager role. You will be a key member of the Nordic leadership team and play a central role in establishing the structure, processes, controls, team culture and ways of working that will support the next phase of growth across the region.
As Accounting Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
· Build and develop a high-performing Nordic accounting organisation.
· Recruit, mentor and develop a growing team of accountants and finance professionals.
· Shape the culture, values and working environment of the Nordic finance team.
· Implement scalable accounting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
· Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
· Influence the future operating model of finance within the Nordics.
· Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations and the wider business.
· Gain exposure to international accounting, tax, treasury and reporting matters across multiple
jurisdictions.
· Take ownership of strategic finance projects that will directly support business growth.
· Leave a lasting impact by helping build a best-in-class finance function from an early stage.
In return, we offer:
· A genuinely entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
· The unique combination of start-up influence and global business stability.
· Significant scope for professional growth and career progression as the Nordic business expands.
· Modern office facilities in Oslo (Nydalen)
· A collaborative and highly competent international working environment.
· High levels of trust, autonomy and responsibility.
· Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.
· Competitive compensation, pension and benefits.
· Flexible working arrangements that support a healthy work-life balance. If you are motivated by building, leading and improving rather than simply maintaining established structures, this role provides a unique opportunity to influence the future of both the Nordic finance function and the wider business.
