Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Accountant / Finance Manager, based in Singapore with the option for partial remote work. The responsibilities include managing financial reports, budget planning, and financial forecasting. The role also involves performing reconciliations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax documents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant / Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Proficiency in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Understanding of tax compliance and local financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage
- Familiarity with the visual communications industry is a plus
