Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Vadodara. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, managing accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. This role also encompasses budgeting, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with local taxation and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the internal team for financial planning and audits will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including financial reporting and reconciliations
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools
- Familiarity with local taxation regulations, compliance standards, and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or similar are a plus
