About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager from an advertising, branding, or digital agency background to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end project delivery. You'll serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead multiple projects across branding, social media, digital, content, and video production.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal deliverables and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, coordinate invoicing, and track revenue.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Proactively solve client challenges while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular project updates and status reports.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of account management experience in a creative, branding, digital, or advertising agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience handling project budgets, profitability, and financial tracking.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
