Job Responsibilities:
- Develop deep business understanding, establish reasonable and effective analytical frameworks, and provide professional financial advice and solutions to business stakeholders.
- Be deeply involved in annual budgeting and monthly business target setting; conduct high-frequency tracking of target completion, provide timely risk warnings, and maintain close follow-up on key business initiatives and projects with regular feedback.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with business teams, demonstrate sound judgment on business strategies, and deliver actionable financial insights.
- Establish operational risk management and control mechanisms; identify contract, operational, and compliance risks, and develop corresponding mitigation plans.
- Maintain proactive awareness of AI technology applications in finance and business analysis; leverage AI tools to innovate analytical methodologies and drive the digital transformation of financial support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or related fields; 7+ years of finance-related experience; experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
- Strong data sensitivity and intellectual curiosity; demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities; clear and rigorous logic; excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Diligent and reliable, with strong work commitment and self-motivation; solid teamwork spirit.
- Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Align with company culture; embrace change; optimistic and confident.
- Fluent in English to support daily work.
