:المهام والمسؤوليات
:التخطيط والتحليل المالي
- إعداد الخطط والموازنات السنوية ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- تحليل الأداء المالي ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة العليا.
- تقديم التوصيات المالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
:التقارير والالتزام المحاسبي
- الإشراف على إعداد القوائم المالية وفق المعايير المعتمدة.
- ضمان دقة وسلامة التقارير المالية في الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة تطبيق المعايير المحاسبية والرقابية.
:إدارة النقد والتمويل
- إدارة التدفقات النقدية والسيولة بشكل فعال.
- الإشراف على الحسابات البنكية والتسهيلات الائتمانية.
- تحسين كفاءة إدارة رأس المال العامل.
:الحوكمة والامتثال
- ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة الزكوية والضريبية واللوائح المحلية.
- تطوير السياسات والإجراءات المالية وتعزيز الرقابة الداخلية.
- إدارة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي والتنسيق معهم.
:القيادة وإدارة الفريق
- قيادة وتطوير فريق الإدارة المالية ورفع كفاءته.
- توزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء وتحفيز الإنتاجية.
- بناء بيئة عمل احترافية قائمة على الكفاءة والانضباط.
:المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية (ويفضل شهادات مهنية مثل: CPA / CMA / SOCPA).
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10–15 سنوات، منها خبرة قيادية في الإدارة المالية.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة المالية والحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر.
- مهارات عالية في التحليل المالي، التخطيط، واتخاذ القرار.
- إجادة استخدام الأنظمة المالية وERP.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثًا وكتابة).

Job Title: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Prepare annual budgets and financial plans and monitor their implementation.
- Analyze financial performance and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Provide financial recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with approved standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Monitor compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
Cash & Financing Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity effectively.
- Oversee bank accounts and credit facilities.
- Improve working capital management efficiency.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Zakat, tax regulations, and local laws.
- Develop financial policies and procedures and strengthen internal controls.
- Manage internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop the finance team and enhance its capabilities.
- Distribute tasks, monitor performance, and drive productivity.
- Build a professional work environment based on efficiency and discipline.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certifications such as CPA / CMA / SOCPA are preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of practical experience, including leadership experience in finance management.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, governance, and risk management.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
