Golden TW Realty and Development Corporation invites passionate talents to join its dynamic team in Hospitality and Gaming. This position will be directly under Kaban Hotel & Casino Boracay.
Kaban Boracay Hotel & Casino is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in our pre-opening team—driving partnerships, expanding market presence, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Phase:
- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Support the establishment of operational frameworks to ensure readiness across all gaming functions
- Assist in building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations and licensing requirements in the Philippines
- Conduct system testing and operational simulations to ensure seamless launch
- Develop contingency plans to address potential operational and business challenges
Post-Opening Phase:
- Oversee day-to-day casino operations, including gaming tables, slot machines, and related services
- Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion efforts
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities
- Implement risk management strategies and uphold operational integrity
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the casino industry, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in casino operations and/or business development, ideally within a pre-opening environment
- Experience working in the Philippines or Southeast Asian gaming markets is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of gaming operations, regulations, and industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-driven with a strong focus on business growth and operational excellence
