We are seeking a seasoned Workday Financials Reporting Specialist for a high-impact contract engagement. The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for designing, building, and optimizing complex financial reports and executive-level dashboards that drive data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Report Development: Design and deploy advanced Workday reports, including Matrix, Composite, and Advanced report types.
- Dashboard Creation: Build intuitive, high-visibility dashboards for Finance leadership, focusing on KPIs, spend analysis, and budget-to-actuals.
- Data Integrity: Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure reporting logic aligns with accounting standards and internal business processes.
- Optimization: Review existing custom reports to improve performance and retire redundant assets.

Collaboration:
Translate complex business requirements from the Finance and Accounting teams into technical reporting specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Workday Financials (FINS).
- Reporting Mastery: Deep proficiency in Calculated Fields, Business Object relationships, and Workday’s reporting engine.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of core FINS modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to bridge the gap between “raw data” and “actionable financial insight.”
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with department heads and stakeholders.
