Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process investment and insurance paperwork with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update client data across systems to ensure successful account setup and application submission
  • Review and manage insurance applications, including conversions, policy changes, and ongoing service requests
  • Coordinate and oversee the underwriting process, including scheduling medical exams and monitoring status updates
  • Support new account onboarding by collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving service requests related to investment and insurance products
  • Own workflows from initial information gathering through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and execution
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal team members regarding outstanding items and next steps
  • Assist in the retention and servicing of existing client relationships, including conservation efforts
  • Contribute to additional operational projects and administrative initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in financial services operations, ideally within wealth management or insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Growth-oriented with a desire to learn and expand skillsets within wealth management
  • Life & Health Insurance license preferred but not required
