Role Description The VP/SVP Finance is a full-time, remote executive role responsible for leading all financial strategy and operations at Pure CallerID. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and SaaS business model. The leader will direct accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities, including adherence to relevant regulations and internal controls. They will partner closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, pricing, capital allocation, and investment decisions, and provide clear, data-driven insights to board members and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing finance team members, optimizing systems and processes, supporting fundraising and M&A initiatives, and guiding long-term financial planning to support scalable, sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong financial leadership skills in areas such as strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, including knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to communications and data-driven businesses.
- Experience in capital planning, fundraising, and investor relations, with a track record of partnering with boards, lenders, or private equity/venture capital stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams, with strong collaboration skills across operations, sales, product, and engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems, BI tools, and analytics platforms used for dashboards, KPIs, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly beneficial.
- Experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS or telecommunications/compliance-focused businesses is a strong plus, as is familiarity with subscription metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC).
Expected Compensation: $250-350k
