Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the assigned financial professionals’ practices, including how their businesses operate, the composition of their client base, services and solutions used, fee structures, expansion goals, continuity plans, and market landscape (periodic travel expected).
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with advisors and their support teams, acting as a primary point of contact and a strategic partner.
- Offer forward-looking guidance to help improve overall practice performance, including areas such as growth opportunities, workflow improvements, comparative insights, use of tools and systems, and long-term transition planning.
- Collaborate with internal investment-focused teams to relay field insights, including advisor priorities, client expectations, and emerging trends, helping inform the development and selection of relevant solutions.
- Keep advisors informed about organizational updates, platform developments, and support resources, driving awareness, understanding, and effective utilization.
