Description

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned operational finance executive ready to lead and

scale a critical business unit. As Vice President of Finance – Ruprecht, you will have full financial

ownership of the business, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, and serve as a key partner to

the North America CFO and executive leadership team.

You will lead the core finance pillars—FP&A, Operations Finance/Standards and

Accounting/Controllership—while building a high-performing organization that delivers both operational

rigor and strategic insight.

Roles & Responsibilities

Enterprise Finance Leadership

  • Own and deliver the financial performance of the business, with full accountability for P&L,

Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

  • Provide end-to-end leadership of all traditional finance functions including FP&A, Operations

Finance/Standards, and Accounting/Controllership

  • Lead and scale a high-performing finance organization with 10+ direct and indirect reports
  • Elevate finance as a strategic partner across the business, influencing key decisions at the

executive level

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the North America CFO and senior leadership team
  • Lead integrated business planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive margin expansion, cost discipline, and

growth

Operational & Financial Excellence

  • Ensure best-in-class financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and

regulatory requirements

  • Drive discipline in cost management, plant performance, and operational finance standards
  • Optimize working capital, liquidity, and capital deployment

Growth, Transformation & Value Creation

  • Support and evaluate strategic initiatives including capital investments, network optimization, and M&A
  • Lead finance transformation efforts, including systems, processes, and reporting enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational execution and profitability

Risk Management & Governance

  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
  • Lead audits and maintain strong external partnerships
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a deep bench of finance talent across multiple functions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor future finance leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles in manufacturing or food production
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Proven success owning or heavily influencing full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Track record of leading multi-functional finance teams in complex, multi-site environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial performance to operational drivers
  • Experience driving transformation, systems improvements, and scalable processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

The salary range for this position is $192,000 – $240,000 annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
