Our client is in the Aviation and logistics industry nationwide seeking a VP of Finance or CFO to join their south Florida office, with tremendous growth to join a nationwide company based in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate preferably have multi-state and location experience with a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves, a history of taking companies to the next level.
- Responsible for creating and driving the strategic direction and operations of the system-wide payroll function for the organization.
- Oversee financial operations supporting activities, including revenue, expense management, cash handling, provisioning.
- Partners with senior leadership in operations, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as in implementing strategic objective
- Ensuring compliance with international and regional labor laws, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, CPA strongly preferred.
