Immediate is seeking a VP of Finance to lead the company’s forward-looking finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, liquidity management, and capital raise efforts. Working closely with our Controller, who oversees accounting operations, historical reporting, and GAAP compliance, this leader will focus on where the business is going and what capital is needed to support its growth.

The VP of Finance will lead lender relationships, diligence materials, capital models, and credit facility strategy to support Immediate’s Earned Wage Access business model. This person will also support future equity capital needs in partnership with the CEO and executive team, while serving as a key member of leadership and a strategic finance partner across the business.

  • Own Immediate’s forward-looking finance function, including budgeting, financial modeling, and long-term financial planning
  • Lead both credit and equity capital raise efforts, including outreach, negotiations, and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, private credit funds, specialty finance lenders, and other capital providers
  • Manage Cash Flows by monitoring liquidity, capital availability, borrowing capacity, and future funding requirements
  • Prepare lender, investor, board, and executive-level financial materials
  • Partner with the executive team on capital allocation, pricing, unit economics, and growth planning
  • Provide financial insight to Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership visibility into financial performance and key financial business drivers
  • Experience in finance, capital markets, private credit, investment banking, fintech, specialty finance, lending, payments, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, cash flow modeling, scenario analysis, unit economics, and capital needs analysis
  • Experience working with lenders, investors, board members, and executive leadership
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • High ownership mentality, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive financial and capital markets information
