Turn Data Into Direction. Lead What’s Next.
Build the Intelligence Behind the Business.
At POLYWOOD, we are building something most companies talk about but few actually achieve, a data organization that does not just report on the business, but helps shape it.
As we continue evolving from outdoor furniture to outdoor living, the decisions that drive that transformation must be grounded in consumer insight, commercial intelligence, operational visibility, and scalable analytics.
This is the role that helps make that happen.
——————————————
About Us
POLYWOOD creates sustainable outdoor furniture designed to last for generations.
But behind the products is a rapidly growing business with expanding manufacturing operations, evolving digital channels, increasing customer complexity, and a significant investment in technology, analytics, and operational scalability.
We are building the infrastructure, systems, and capabilities needed to support the next phase of our growth, and Data & Analytics sits at the center of that transformation.
This is an opportunity to help shape how data drives decision making across the entire organization.
——————————————
Why POLYWOOD
You will be helping build the data foundation for a category-defining brand at a moment of real strategic ambition.
The business appetite is there. The investment is there. The opportunity is real.
This is a chance to help build something that actually matters.

The Work You’ll Love Doing
This is far more than a reporting role.
You will lead the strategy, structure, and evolution of POLYWOOD’s enterprise Data & Analytics organization, helping transform raw data into meaningful business advantage.
You will own the enterprise data platform, partner closely with executive leadership, and help create the analytics ecosystem that supports smarter decisions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, and Operations.
You will lead through both technical credibility and organizational leadership.
You will work closely with Data Engineering leadership to ensure our Databricks lakehouse environment is scalable, governed, reliable, and built to support long-term growth. You understand modern data architecture, transformation pipelines, and data modeling well enough to guide strategic platform decisions and help teams execute effectively.
At the same time, you will help build a culture where analytics are not isolated inside dashboards, but embedded into how the business operates every day.
You are not waiting for the business to ask for insight.
You are helping the business determine what it should be measuring next.
