Our Client is an instantly recognized brand with a base in Hong Kong serving millions of customers globally. They are seeking a high-caliber strategy professional to join their Corporate Strategy team. Working closely with the CEO, board members, and senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategic direction, driving regional growth, and executing high-impact, cross-functional projects.
This is a high-visibility role designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between high-level ambition and operational execution, ensuring business remains competitive globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Vision: Lead the annual strategic planning process, defining long-term goals and corporate-wide strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Growth: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, and market entry strategies etc.
- Executive Leadership Support: Partner with the executive committee to prepare high-stakes presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
- Transformation & Execution: Drive cross-functional initiatives related to digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business model evolution.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with regional business unit leaders to ensure cohesive strategy execution across all global footprints.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10–15 years of professional experience, with top-tier management consultancy background, and at least 5 years in a senior strategy role (in-house corporate strategy)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Superior financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
