This leader will own complex deal structuring, external partnerships, and capital strategy, working closely with executive leadership to secure and structure large-scale, multi-party transactions that support long-term growth. The role requires a highly analytical, commercially minded operator who can move seamlessly from financial modeling to high-stakes negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
Capital Strategy & Execution
- Lead structuring and execution of complex financing solutions tied to large-scale growth initiatives
- Own debt strategy, including sourcing, structuring, and closing financing transactions
- Partner with executive leadership on broader capital strategy and investor-facing initiatives
Strategic Partnerships & Deal Structuring
- Own end-to-end structuring and negotiation of complex, multi-party commercial agreements
- Build financial frameworks that align incentives, risk allocation, and long-term value creation
- Translate operational requirements into scalable, repeatable deal structures
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Build and own detailed financial models to support underwriting, scenario planning, and deal evaluation
- Lead economic analysis across large-scale initiatives with clear ownership of assumptions and outcomes
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop clear narratives for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Present complex financial structures in a way that enables confident decision-making
Deal Execution & Process Leadership
- Lead multiple transactions simultaneously with precision and accountability
- Establish repeatable processes and frameworks for consistent deal execution
Team & Function Build
- Build and scale a high-performing team focused on partnerships and capital execution
- Introduce structure and discipline without slowing execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Track record of leading complex, large-scale financing transactions from structuring through execution
- Deep experience with capital-intensive business models requiring creative financing solutions
- Strong command of debt structures, financial instruments, and capital stack strategy
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, underwriting, and deal execution
- Proven ability to lead multi-party negotiations with sophisticated counterparties
- Experience operating alongside senior executives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions simultaneously
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
