Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm’s end-to-end operational processes across business lines. This role will lead operations strategy, implement best-in-class frameworks, and ensure that workflows, systems, and policies support scalable growth, regulatory compliance, and strong risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational performance metrics, overseeing P&L impacts of operational decisions, and improving service delivery standards in collaboration with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams. The Vice President Operations will coordinate cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and implement technology enhancements to increase efficiency and operational resilience. This role will also mentor operations teams, develop standard operating procedures, and work closely with senior leadership to align operations with the firm’s strategic objectives and client experience goals.
Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management skills, including designing, optimizing, and scaling processes and workflows across multiple business units.
  • Proven experience in P&L Management with the ability to link operational decisions to financial outcomes, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Background in Customer Service and service delivery, with a focus on enhancing client experience and setting measurable service standards.
  • Demonstrated Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational roadmaps, defining KPIs, and aligning operations with organizational goals.
  • Advanced Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and deliver on strategic priorities.
  • Experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets operations is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with workflow tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
