Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Vitória da Conquista, BA, for an Audit Assistant. The Audit Assistant will support the audit process by analyzing financial records, preparing audit reports, and assisting in conducting financial audits. The role includes verifying the accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing insights to improve financial processes. Collaboration with the finance team will be a key part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Audits
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Audit Reports
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Solid knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific audit software is a plus
