Job Overview
The Executive Vice President (EVP) is a senior management leader responsible for driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategy execution. This role oversees key business functions, supports executive decision-making, and ensures company goals are aligned with operational performance.
The Executive Vice President works closely with the executive team and cross-functional teams to scale the business, enhance organizational capabilities, and accelerate sustainable growth. This role is ideal for seasoned leaders with extensive experience in business, operations, and strategic management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute company-wide strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.
• Work with the executive team to identify organizational priorities and business objectives.
• Oversee operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement scalable business processes and governance frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and effective execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, business outcomes, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify market expansion and business development opportunities.
• Provide mentorship to senior executives to strengthen organizational structure and improve performance.
• Lead company-wide change management and transformation initiatives.
• Foster a corporate culture of innovation, responsibility, and high performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualifications preferred.
• At least 8-12 years of leadership, operations, strategy, or senior management experience.
• Successful experience leading large-scale business initiatives and organizational development.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in budget management, operational performance management, and business execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technology, fintech, blockchain, digital infrastructure, or startups is preferred.
• Possesses successful experience in building scalable systems and improving business performance.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
US$180,000 to US$250,000 per year
