Role Description
The Vice President of Strategic Planning will lead high-impact projects, develop long-term business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing financial data to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring strategies are effectively implemented. Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, and defining organizational goals and objectives

- Proficiency in Market Research techniques to assess competitive landscapes, trends, and opportunities
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the digital asset or financial services industry is a strong advantage
