Russell Tobin is seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of E-Commerce & Omnichannel Retail to lead our client's global digital commerce and fan retail ecosystem. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce, marketplace, omnichannel, and consumer products strategies that drive revenue growth, fan engagement, and brand expansion across client and its affiliated properties
.

- leadership.Proven success leading large-scale DTC and omnichannel commerce businesses with measurable reve
- nue growth.Strong experience managing retail partnerships, marketplaces, licensing relationships, and consumer product
- ecosystems.Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and digital customer acquisition
- strategies.Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar enterpri
- se systems.Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, CRM tools, and attribution
- platforms.Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional teams and influencing executive st
- akeholders.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic plann
