Role Description
The Vice President of Project Management will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with client visions. They will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading program and project planning, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lancaster County, PA.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and Program Management with proven experience in leading complex initiatives.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Planning to manage resources and allocate financial assets effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate project data, identify risks, and implement actionable solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
