The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and distribution operations across the US. This role drives operational excellence, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth by leading multi-site teams, optimizing processes, and implementing best-in-class logistics strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across the US.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service performance.
- Oversee labor planning, workforce management, and performance metrics to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and customers to support new business implementations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, and financial performance across facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehousing or distribution operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.
