Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance and Operations. The responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and reporting processes, managing day-to-day operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. The role also requires deriving actionable insights from financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and in-depth knowledge of Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for deriving insights from complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration capabilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Familiarity with the alternative investment industry is highly advantageous.
