Position Summary
The Vice President of Enterprise Programs is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on program governance, execution alignment, and delivery excellence, ensuring that enterprise-level initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The position plays a critical role in translating strategy into coordinated execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise program management strategy and governance framework
Oversee a portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
Establish program structures, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics
Partner with executive leadership to align programs with business priorities
Ensure effective coordination across departments, including operations, technology, finance, and strategy
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and implement mitigation plans
Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
Drive consistency in program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Lead and develop a team of program managers and project leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives
Proven experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple functions
Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and execution frameworks
Experience with program management tools and enterprise systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
